Terms of Service

We accept orders for delivery and pickup from customers in Bermuda only at this time.

The minimum drinking age in Bermuda is 18 and it is required to produce government issued for deliveries and pick-ups. The name on the ID must match the name on the order. For gifts that are to be delivered to the recipient please use that person's name on the order so that it will match their ID.

Transactions will appear on your statement as Thyme Restaurant.

Delivery

Orders received will be delivered as soon as possible. Deliveries arrive between 9 am and 9 pm. Be sure to include any special instructions with your order. 

Please have your ID and confirmation email when you pick up your order. The order must be in the same name as your ID. If this is a gift please put the order in the name of the intended recipient so that it will match their ID.

Pick-up

Orders made online may be picked up at the address blow during normal hours. Please bring your ID and confirmation email when you pick up your order. The name on the ID must match the ID of the person picking up the order.

Orders are usually ready within a few minutes of being received.

Refund Policy

We will provide refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
